Who we are

Alot Labs is an applied-AI engineering lab. This site, alotlabs.com, exists so prospective clients can understand what we build and get in touch. For anything in this policy, write to hello@alotlabs.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, company if you give one, and your description of the workflow. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to our email. If you email us directly, we receive your email. That is the extent of what you actively give us.

Like almost every website, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use them to identify you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers. We count visits with our own first-party counter, built and run by us: it records the page viewed, the referring site, country, and screen class, aggregated by day. It stores no cookies or identifiers in your browser, never writes your IP address, and none of it leaves our infrastructure or is shared with any third party.

How we use what you send

To reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to scope an engagement. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. There is no follow-up sequence.

Where it lives and how long

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (our hosting and form provider) and in our email, which is hosted by Spacemail. We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a current or prospective engagement, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Email hello@alotlabs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one business day, the same as everything else.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date at the top.
